A medium-sized investment holding company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman. Responsibilities include managing the Chairman's correspondence, organizing business engagements, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting executives, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A valid Malaysian driver's license is also required for work-related tasks.

Provides comprehensive executive support to the Chairman and his family members – managing email correspondences, phone calls, diary management (internal/external meetings, social events, conference calls, webinars, etc), preparing meetings’ presentation materials, travel, hotel, and visa arrangements, as well as performing ad hoc task assigned.
Collaboratively review and recommend changes to the Chairman pertaining company’s practices.
Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mind set, and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
Organise various networking engagements to foster closer relationships with Business Associates, Lawyers, Bankers & Ambassadors / Commercial Trade Officers include sourcing of venues and related services and managing delivery in line with allocated budget.
Responsible in handling the daily administrative and operational matter and liaising with respective Head of Departments on operational matters.
Prepares and update constantly reports of plans and procedures for Chairman’s review.
Must possess a valid driving licence and have the ability to drive for work-related tasks or assignments as and when necessary.
Occasional local or overseas travel assignment with the Chairman and/or his family members when necessary.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior executive support role.
Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing and able to drive for work-related duties when required.
