Our client, a chemical manufacturer, is seeking a HRA Manager to join their team in Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Planning HR& Admin activity annually
• Liaise closely with HR and Admin in HQ and implement all policy set up
• Provide/ look for training program required by all department
• Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
• Overseeing the payroll function and prevent any delay in payroll
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Managing employee relations
• Running the office and facilities management functions
• Leading the HR and administration team

Requirements:

• Human Resources or Management or related Bachelor degree or above with 5-8 years’ experience
• Outstanding communication / analyzing skills. Good in problem solving
• Excellent in Planning / Project organizing. Leadership/ Motivate Team
• Deep understanding HR / local authorities system such as JTK, town council MBDK and etc.
• Able to manage / settle all kind of issues arise such as Local / foreign workers issues and conflicts
• Able to write and read /communicate in Chinese / English and Bahasa Malaysia
