Job Responsibility

  • Warmly Welcome Guests â Greet every visitor with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
  • Manage Calls & Inquiries â Answer phone calls, direct them to the right department, and handle messages efficiently.
  • Schedule Appointments â Assist customers with bookings and manage appointment schedules.
  • Handle Transactions â Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
  • Maintain Reception Area â Keep the front desk neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with Admin Tasks â Manage mail, handle general office duties, and support salon operations.

Requirement

  • SPM qualification or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Salon/retail industry experience is a plus!)
