Job summary
A logistics and warehousing company in Selangor is seeking a dedicated individual to manage inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes. The role involves operating heavy machinery, organizing materials, and maintaining quality control. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and preferably have experience in inventory control. Attention to detail and ability to lift heavy objects are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

- Able to work independently.
- Able to speak in Cantonese is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Move inventory and materials across facilities.
- Process inventory for delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Transport goods and deliveries to their intended destinations.

- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
- Package items and label correctly.
- Scan delivered items and ensure quality.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Stack and organize large bulk items.
- Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location.
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
- Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
- Transporting goods and deliveries to their intended destinations.
- Planning delivery schedules and unloading deliveries.
- Ensuring vehicles are mechanically sound and legally roadworthy.
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance in the event of accident or breakdown while in transit.
- Safely securing heavy loads and large goods for transport.
- Organising the most efficient route from pickup point to drop off point.
- Supervising and assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries into the lorry.
- Updating vehicle log books, recording deliveries and tracking mileage.
- Complying with all MOT and in-house regulations and rules.
- Preferable for masculine candidate.
- Able to speak in Cantonese is advantages.
- Valid driver's license/ GDL license (1 ton lorry).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate in inventory control / Warehouse management or in related field.
- Preferably at least 1 year(s) of related working experience.
- Physically able to lifting heavy objects.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory software.
- Able to work independently.
