Job summary
A legal services firm located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated and responsible Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate must have been admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include handling developer's work and liaising with various stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is essential, while knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. Opportunities for career growth and skill development are also part of this role.
Qualifications
- Must have been admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and oral.
Responsibilities
- Handle developer's work, sub-sales, and loan agreements.
- Liaise with developers, financiers, relevant authorities, and clients.
- Draft and vet Sales and Purchase Agreements.
