Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Coordinate closely with various departments including Production, Safety, and HR.

Manage office facilities, supplies, and liaise with vendors and service providers.

Implement and maintain office procedures, systems, and policies.

Plan and organize internal meetings, staff activities, and company events.

Support senior management in executing administrative and business strategies.

Handle communication and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and government bodies.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in a management role within the manufacturing industry.

Familiar with administrative operations and manufacturing management systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proactive, service-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Cheerful, responsible, and result-oriented with strong execution ability.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia – required to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

MXM SURFACES will start production in April 2022 by 2 production lines with annual capacity 400000 --500000 sqmt. The other 4 slab production lines plus 2 polishing lines will be installed and start-up in the following 4 years.
