Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant at Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil!

Come and be part of our journey as we care for people so they can be their best. Located in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, our hotel features approximately 250 guestrooms, a restaurant, large ballroom, meeting rooms, rooftop restaurant, fitness centre, and sky pool.

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to support our operations. Note: This position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia due to work permit restrictions.

This role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and involves:

  1. Customer Service: Providing exceptional guest service, assisting with operational needs, maintaining guest satisfaction scores, and handling guest inquiries courteously.
  2. Operational Duties: Ensuring brand standards, supporting other departments, verifying room status, cleaning guest rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and updating room reports.
  3. Personnel Support: Supporting Hyatt’s values and culture.
  4. Other Responsibilities: Attending training, maintaining professional behavior, building relationships, adhering to hotel policies, and flexible to industry changes.
