This is a critical leadership position where you will be fully responsible for the daily payment engine of the company—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth payment operations across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate must meet the following essential criteria:
- Experience: Do you have >3 years of experience in Payment Operations, Finance, or Banking, preferably in related industries?
- Leadership: Do you have experience in managing a team and directing payment operations?
- Adaptability: Are you able to adapt to a high‑pace environment with constant changes?
- Language & Detail: Are you proficient in English (written and spoken) and possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail?
You will be leading and executing the core financial movement of the business across the region:
- Handle daily deposits, withdrawals, and transaction approvals accurately and promptly.
- Monitor payment gateways, bank transactions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related matters.
- Prepare daily/weekly payment performance reports.
- Maintain compliance with internal SOPs and company policies.
- Support improvement of payment flow and user experience for multiple markets.
Can you commit to a structured 6‑day work week?
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+7), 6 days/week.
