- Mobilization & Compliance: You will coordinate pre-employment medicals, manage site-specific inductions, and ensure all employees have the correct PPE before deployment.
- Logistics & Travel: You will take full ownership of flight and accommodation bookings for teams traveling to diverse and remote locations.
- Systems Management: You will handle timesheet submissions via Pronto and maintain meticulous records within a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environment.
- Support: You will provide remote administrative support to the broader HR team and ensure seamless organizational effectiveness.
