Job summary
A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager for Marketing. This role involves assisting Motor Franchise Holders and Dealers in growing their business, developing effective business opportunities, and managing profitability. Candidates should have substantial marketing experience, particularly in insurance, and skills in business development and KPI analysis. This position also includes coaching newly recruited marketing officers.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in marketing within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of business development and franchise management.
- Ability to analyze and improve key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Assist Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers to lead and grow business.
- Initiate business plans and proposals to support strategies.
- Manage profitability of the portfolio and improve productivity.
- Assist Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers (MFD) and the management to lead and grow MFD business.
- Initiate business plan and put up proposals to support Department Strategies.
- Develop business opportunities effectively, manage the channel with acceptable profitability of portfolio, improve productivity by monitoring KPI, such as GWP, Underwriting profit and penetration ratio of each brand and dealer respectively.
- Business development, such as new dealer development, new Franchise scheme and re-construct the scheme continuously.
- Attend to any internal discussions related to MFD issues and business development.
- Contribute to implementing and strengthening key processes and internal controls for the business.
- Coach newly recruited marketing officers.
