JOB OVERVIEW

As our Group Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving group-wide marketing strategy and execution, ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and initiative aligns with the Group’s vision and values. You’ll work closely with the brand heads and senior leadership to build impactful multi-brand campaigns, brand development, grow communities, content planning, partnership activation and bring bold, creative storytelling to life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across all brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, paid media, email, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Own and manage the group-wide marketing calendar, coordinating initiatives with brand teams for cohesive rollouts
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and lead post-campaign reviews to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness
Brand Development & Content strategy
  • Maintain consistency and clarity of each brand’s identity across all touchpoints—visual, tone of voice, content, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging content strategies, including social media, newsletters, videos, blog articles, and brand collateral.
  • Guide and approve brand messaging frameworks to ensure relevance, clarity, and impact with target audiences across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals.
Community Engagement & Events
  • Spearhead group-level community and customer engagement strategies, in collaboration with on-ground studio teams and event leads.
  • Plan and manage internal and external events that promote brand engagement, member retention, or customer acquisition.
  • Work with brand teams to evaluate and improve event effectiveness and long-term community-building outcomes.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Identify and cultivate brand and corporate partnerships that enhance brand value and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across ops, partnerships, and marketing to launch activations, sponsorships, or value-driven collaborations.
  • Continuously assess partnership pipeline opportunities and conduct due diligence on prospective partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience also considered.
  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within lifestyle, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or consumer brands.
  • Strong track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns across platforms
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and creative—able to lead with clarity and adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Figma, Notion, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
