Job summary
A property development company in Subang Jaya is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell its property developments. The role involves attending to sales enquiries, conducting presentations, and assisting buyers throughout the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Sales or a related field, have at least 2 years of experience, and be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in property sales.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell property developments through various channels.
- Attend to sales enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct property presentations, site tours, and project briefings.
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process.
- Update leads follow up and sales reports regularly.
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Skills
Education
Promote and sell the company’s property developments through show galleries, roadshows, online platforms, and walk-ins.
Attend to sales enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and project briefings to potential buyers.
Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
Assist buyers throughout the purchasing process, from booking to signing of SPA and loan documentation.
Update leads follow up and sales reports regularly.
Coordinate with marketing, loan officers, legal teams, and external agents to ensure a smooth sales process.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Participate in sales and marketing related matters, such as social media advertisement, video and etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Fluent speaking in English, Mandarin, and Malay
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
