Execute daily procurement and purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQs, price negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups

Maintain supplier relationships and resolve operational issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and documentation

Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal policies, budget, and timelines

Monitor stock levels and support planning to avoid shortages or excess inventory

Supervisory & Management Support

Support Procurement Manager in guiding and mentoring junior purchaser

Review and check purchaser's work for accuracy, compliance, and completeness

Assist with workload coordination within the team

Administrative & Department Support

Support internal reporting and documentation as required

Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to procurement operations and department needs

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree holder is preferred

3-5 years’ hands-on procurement and purchasing experience

Strong operational experience; ability to execute daily purchasing tasks personally

Comfortable balancing operational work with light supervisory responsibilities

Flexibility to multitask and manage both operational and support-level management responsibilities

Additional Information
