- Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, software, and network configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support end-user technical needs.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Support IT documentation, inventory management, and internal helpdesk activities.
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Internship letter from university (if applicable).
