The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and must exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay. This role offers exposure to various procurement activities within a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow purchasing and product specifications accurately.
• Resourceful in identifying suitable vendors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay to liaise with stakeholders.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our Procurement team, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with ongoing projects and expansion initiatives. This role provides exposure to a wide range of procurement activities and the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong vendor relationships.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (automotive industry experience is an advantage).

Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Ability to follow purchasing and product specifications accurately.

Resourceful in identifying and evaluating suitable vendors and suppliers.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic data analysis).

• Prepare cost analysis reports and procurement performance summaries for management review.
• Assist in procurement for ongoing projects, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services to meet project timelines.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement tasks and urgent requests as required to support business needs.
