A well-known marketing firm in Subang Jaya is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for Procurement to assist in sourcing products and managing inventory. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and possess strong coordination and communication skills. Responsibilities include aiding the Product Head with supplier coordination, monitoring stock levels, and preparing reports. Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
The Executive/ Senior Executive – Procurement supports the Product Head in day-to-day product, sourcing, and inventory coordination activities. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and monitoring to ensure product availability, smooth sales support, and efficient inventory management.
Product & Sourcing Support
Assist the Product Head in sourcing heavy equipment parts and related products.
Support quotation collection, price comparison, and basic supplier coordination.
Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and documentation.
Liaise with the sales team to gather product requirements and demand information.
Support the Product Head in ensuring products sold are within approved pricing and stock range.
Communicate product availability and lead time information to sales teams.
Inventory & Stock Monitoring
Monitor stock levels and highlight low stock or potential shortages to the Product Head.
Assist in checking stock movement (fast-moving, slow-moving items).
Coordinate with warehouse or operations teams on stock availability.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain basic product, supplier, and inventory records.
Prepare simple reports on stock status, sourcing activities, and product updates.
Support documentation related to purchasing and product records.
General Support
Assist in resolving day-to-day product or supply-related issues.
Carry out other product-related tasks as assigned by the Product Head.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Basic understanding of procurement or inventory processes is an advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to follow instructions and work in a structured environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
