Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage comprehensive recruitment processes and ensure employee development. The role involves conducting training programs, addressing employee concerns, and drafting HR policies. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure employees are familiar with company values, policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
  • Provide continuous development opportunities to support employee growth and operational excellence.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns to maintain positive morale and engagement.
  • Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and memos.
  • Support general HR administrative functions and documentation management.
  • Prepare HR letters such as employment, transfer, promotion, and resignation letters.
  • Monitor employee confirmation status for performance review submissions.
  • Manage assigned HR projects, including implementation of new HRIS systems.
Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.

Facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure employees are familiar with company values, policies, culture, and expectations.

Coordinate training programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), scheduling, and tracking to enhance employees’ skills and performance.

Provide continuous development opportunities to support employee growth and operational excellence.

Address employee inquiries and concerns to maintain positive morale, engagement, and retention.

Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, memos, circulars, and notices to ensure clarity and compliance.

Support general HR administrative functions, including workplace facilities coordination and documentation management.

Prepare HR letters such as employment, transfer, promotion, confirmation, and resignation letters.

Monitor employee confirmation status and follow up with Heads of Department for performance review submissions.

Manage and support assigned HR projects, including the implementation of new HRIS systems.
