Job description

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Talent with a strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping employee growth by driving impactful learning programs while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and performance reviews.
  • Develop and manage the annual training calendar and maintain training records.
  • Coordinate external and internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience with hands‑on exposure to L&D coordination or program delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, training methodologies, and performance management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Must be able to be based in JB.
