Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare letter of offer / employment contract, confirmation, promotion, termination and contract extension.
  • Maintain effective filing system and upkeep of employees' personal record.
  • Handle & update leave / MC record in payroll system.
  • Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA).
  • Prepare company’s insurance (GHS, PA, Term Life).
  • Assist in recruitment, interview arrangement and sourcing for candidates.
  • Handle Foreign worker FOMEMA, working permit renewal, application, and hostel arrangement.
  • Attend and respond to LHDN, KWSP, Socso, and JTK Department inspections on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
  • Work closely with operation HOD on worker's related issue.
  • Handle worker's accommodation / CLQ.
Requirements
  • Preferably Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/ Human Resources Management, Business & Administration or other field which is relevant and equivalent.
  • Preferably with min 1 years’ experience in payroll.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates with any HR or payroll system knowledge and application will be added advantage.
  • Able to perform multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
