  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry‑level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Onsite presence is required at the company’s location in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan.

  • Daily Reminders & Communication Flow
  • Studio Sample & Equipment Tracking
  • Operational Organisation & Admin
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases for the Livestream Department, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in the Livestream Department, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating necessary paperwork.
  • Administer employee benefits programs for the Livestream Department, such as leave policies, and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures specific to the needs of the Livestream Department.
  • Support employee relations activities within the Livestream Department, including addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for Livestream Department employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and handling correspondence related to the Livestream Department.
