Job summary
A leading electromechanical construction company in Johor Bahru is seeking an HR Manager to manage recruitment, ensure compliance with training regulations, and update HR policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience and proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with the management team in China.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication.
- Familiarity with CIDB training arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including job posting and interviewing.
- Ensure timely renewal of staff and vehicle insurance.
- Update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Deal with government agencies for regulatory approvals.
Skills
The company is an electromechanical construction company with background from China. The company is registered in Johor Bahru, Johor under the Malaysian Companies Act. The company has more than 20 years of experience in the electromechanical industry in China, and has reserved more than 100 professionals of various types. The company has participated in the construction of more than 50 projects in the data center industry, has profound construction experience and technical reserves, and each project has standardized construction, safe operation, and efficient service for enterprises.
- Manage recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interviewing and onboarding employee).
- Manage CIDB training courses and personnel card arrangement.
- Ensure insurance (staffs and company vehicles) are renewed in a timely manner and in accordance with Company's policy.
- Update HR policy and procedures, employee handbook to keep on validated.
- Dealing with government agencies over regulatory approvals and other relevant permits/ license relating to business.
- Undertake ad-hocs task.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Familiarity with CIDB training arrangements and compliance requirements.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate and collaborate with the management team in China.
