Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions of MPAS, including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations and communications;
  • Managing efficient payroll administration and statutory-related functions;
  • Ensuring proactive engagement with management of the division and other departments, providing value-adding advice, and efficient delivery of HR services and support;
  • Facilitating employee engagement with constant and open communication with employees of all levels;
  • Managing employee disciplinary issues and other related Industrial Relations functions;
  • Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities on employment related matters;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws & CMS Group policies and procedures;
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks / projects pertaining to HR or Divisional related assignments as and when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR field, including minimum 3 years in managerial positions;
  • Sound knowledge in prevailing Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial Law and Regulations and other employment-related laws / regulations;
  • Solid hands-on experience in good HR practices and systems;
  • Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken);
  • Proficient in G-Suite;
  • Good leadership skills & strong team player.
