Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Involvement of workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and succession planning initiatives.
  • Responsible for recruitment program from sourcing, screening, interviewing and final shortlisting of talented candidates.
  • Collaboration between recruitment agencies and job portals to attract top talent.
  • Overseeing onboarding process with departmental HOD ensuring newly joined members are smoothly integrated into the company.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Enhancing overall existing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs, design & plan relevant training programs, utilize HRDF claimable program, HRDF grant application and follow up on HRDF claim.
  • Support career development by identifying high-potential individuals and creating succession plans.
  • Manage the staff benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive & compliance with latest local market trends.
  • Conduct wages benchmarking and manage staff annual performance based on salary review process.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labor Laws, regulations and employment practices.
  • Regularly update of HR policies, procedures accordance to latest changes in labor legislation.
  • Identity and implement efficient administration and support processes and systems to support the operational needs of the company.
  • Collaboration with inter-departments to streamline cross-functional administrative processes.
  • To also perform other duties that are assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelors degree / Advanced degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • High-level of professionalism and capable to handle high confidential information with discretion.
  • Mature, initiative, self-motivated and capable to work independently & also a good team player in handling certain corporate cases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proven track records in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and training and development.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as necessitated by work assignments.
  • Fluent spoken, written & good command in English and Bahasa with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Other language skills (Chinese, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
