Video Content Creator/Senior Graphic Design role focused on developing concepts, producing video content, and ensuring brand-aligned visuals across client campaigns.

• Develop creative concepts and content strategies tailored to each client’s brand and objectives
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and reflect each client’s unique voice
• Shoot, edit, and produce simple yet impactful reels or short videos using a smartphone or editing apps
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online communities
• Analyse social media performance, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements based on insights
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines
• Assist with occasional design tasks using Canva or similar tools (bonus if you have design experience)
• Manage multiple brands/products efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in quality
