A leading manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking an experienced HR professional. Key responsibilities include recruitment, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law, and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Responsibilities
- Planning and recruitment including ads, interviews, and onboarding.
- Managing payroll and statutory contributions.
- Overseeing leave, attendance, and performance appraisals.

- Issue offer letters, confirmation letters & related HR docs
- Manage payroll & statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Oversee leave, attendance, and staff records
- Handle performance appraisals & increment/confirmation processes
- Organize training plans & HRDF claims
- Liaise with statutory bodies (KDN, JKKP, immigration) for compliance
- Renew permits for foreign workers, insurance & company assets
- Drive employee welfare & company events
- Support ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation & compliance
- 5 years++ HR experience (manufacturing/production environment preferred)
- Knows Malaysian HR, labor law & statutory regulations thoroughly
- Strong in end-to-end HR: hiring, payroll, admin, compliance
- Good at multitasking & self-managing
- Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office & HR software
- Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin/related field
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- Medical insurance
