Responsibilities

• Attend/handle sales inquiries through telephone, social media and walk-in customers.
• Promote company’s properties and services, compiling customer feedback or complaints.
• Expand customer database.
• Build customer database through registration, exposition and other sales activities.
• Keep current sales records and research materials.
• Liaise with solicitor for signing of SPA & loan documentation.
• Assist purchasing on bank/government loan application; arrange facilitation between purchaser and bank.
• Follow-up with current purchasers and potential purchasers to achieve sales target.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports on sales, SPA signing, loan arrangements.
• Assist in inspection of property and handover key matters.
• Execute other assignments as required at discretion of the company.
