About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in our ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards, maintaining quality control, managing laboratory personnel, and improving operational efficiency.

• Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and other regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 17025 requirements.
• Lead and train laboratory staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in testing and calibration.
• Manage audits, internal reviews, and corrective actions to maintain accreditation.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure accurate data reporting and record-keeping.
• Optimize laboratory workflows to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and validation procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
• Experience in instrument control.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Relevant Field: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 accreditation and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with quality assurance, audits, and corrective action processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
