Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Embryologist & Andrology Technician to join our growing team at Ever-Link Fertility Centre. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily IVF lab operations, contributing to the success of fertility treatment cycles, and ensuring excellence in both patient care and laboratory practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the handling and preparation of gametes (sperm and oocytes)
Perform ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) and embryo culture under supervision
Conduct daily embryo assessments and complete relevant documentation accurately
Support andrology tasks including semen analysis, sperm preparation, and freezing
Assist in cryopreservation procedures and freezing maintenance
Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained according to SOP
Strictly follow laboratory protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance guidelines
Provide assistance to senior embryologists during oocyte pickup (OPU), IUI, and embryo transfer procedures
Accurately maintain and update patient and lab records
Uphold patient confidentiality and handle all patient data with professionalism and sensitivity
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Reproductive Biology, or a related scientific field
0–2 years of experience in embryology, andrology, or IVF lab environment (training will be provided)
Understanding of basic principles in embryology and assisted reproductive technology (ART)
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail, essential for handling microscopic procedures
Good organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, or rotational shifts when required (Rotational)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a clinical lab setting
