Job summary
A BPO and Technology Solutions provider is looking for Customer Service Executives to deliver exceptional support in the logistics sector. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Malay and have a diploma or higher. Experience in the BPO sector is advantageous. This position requires working from home in Sarawak and is ideal for individuals who are customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
