Your new role

• Oversee the Group's finance function, ensuring efficient and prudent financial management across all subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with subsidiary heads to manage budgets effectively, aligning financial resources with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate the Group's budget and ensure accurate, timely management reporting for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning to maintain financial stability and optimize resources.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, bankers) and coordinate with subsidiaries to secure competitively-priced banking facilities.
• Implement and oversee accounting systems to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have chartered qualifications such as MIA, CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with in-depth knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
• Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax requirements.
• Able to work independently.
• Proactive, meticulous and strong sense of responsibility.
