- Analyzing and reporting financial results of R&S businesses.
- Supporting financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Providing insights on budget variances for various businesses.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to align financial plans.
- Monitoring and reporting key financial metrics against budgets.
- Supporting decision-making by providing financial analysis.
- Assisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
- Creating and maintaining Excel reports for business performance.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing and reporting of financial results of R&S businesses.
- Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Analyzing costs, capital expenditures, and operational expenses, and providing insights on budget variances for various businesses.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to align financial plans with the company's strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics against budgets and forecasts.
- Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and producing management reports.
- Assisting in month-end, quarter-end financial & year-end reporting activities.
- The go-to person for new report generation
- Create new reports and maintain existing Excel reports for business performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing compliance programs such as monitoring adherence, audit process, addressing concerns and risk management.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior.
