Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to support our fast growth in Malaysia. The Demand Planning Executive will assist in all demand planning duties, including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Allocate stock produced to Delivery Orders based on customer specifications.
• Prepare stuffing checklists for the warehouse team.
• Ensure allocations between entities are correctly reflected and keep respective teams updated.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for additives and packaging materials with minimal write-offs.
• Follow up on daily production output and communicate with Logistics and Sales & Marketing teams regarding production delays and product holds due to quality issues.
• Monitor PSS requirements to ensure stocks or lot readiness.
• Handle aging and slow-moving stock.
• Present monitoring report information monthly.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a similar relevant field.
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in demand/material/supply planning.
• Preferably experienced in SAP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
