Job summary

A leading analytical technology company in Selangor is seeking a candidate with expertise in HPLC and Chromatography Data Software. You will collaborate with sales teams, provide technical consultancy, and conduct customer demonstrations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry and has 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel are essential. This position offers opportunities to contribute significantly to customer success through analytical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spec, and analytical instruments.
  • Experiences in Pharma and Food industry would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy and technical support in pre- and post-sales environment.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on customer analysis.
  • Conduct instrument demonstrations and expert customer advice.
  • Manage demo instrument inventory for customer trials.
  • Perform system training and technical support post-installation.
