The Corporate Communication Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate BINTARA's brand, foster meaningful stakeholder engagement, and align with the company’s overall objectives. This position demands exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey BINTARA’s mission, vision, and values to internal and external audiences.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and promotion of internal events, including:
- BINTARA Gathering
- BINTARA Dinner
- Lunch Treat
- Other employee engagement activities
- Coordinate and manage external events, such as:
- BINTARA CEC
- Iftar sessions with End Users (EU) during road tours
- Tech Updates with Principals
- Other strategic partner or public‑facing events
- Content Development:
- Create, edit, and manage impactful content including press releases, corporate articles, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Curate and schedule engaging digital content for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives.
- Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and proactively pitch stories to ensure positive and accurate coverage of BINTARA’s initiatives.
- Internal Communications:
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives in collaboration with the HR Department.
- Craft internal newsletters, leadership messages, staff announcements, and organizational updates to ensure employees remain informed and aligned with company goals.
- Update and maintain marketing inventories including jerseys, corporate uniforms, buntings, banners, merchandise, and event decorations, and prepare event checklists.
- Assist HR with photo ID sessions for employee ID cards, profile photos (Zoom and other access accounts), particularly during onboarding.
- Crisis Communication:
- Support the implementation of crisis communication strategies.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate communication with all stakeholders during high‑impact or sensitive situations.
- Event Coordination (Internal & External):
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of company events, media briefings, and public relations activities.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, guest management, invitations, communications, and on‑site coordination.
- Brand & Corporate Identity Management:
- Ensure all communication materials align with BINTARA’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and presentation across all communication channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage BINTARA’s social media presence across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain content calendars, publish engaging posts, and interact with followers to strengthen brand engagement and visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of communication and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement, for submission to senior management.
- Marketing Support & Post‑Event Follow‑Up:
- Prepare invitation letters for government sectors and letters of intent for marketing initiatives.
- Apply for and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with strategic partners such as Zoom, Logitech, Microsoft, and others.
- Compile detailed event reports and Proof of Execution (POE) for events such as BINTARA CEC.
- Send post‑event communications, including thank‑you notes, certificates, and follow‑up correspondence.
- Share event outcomes, attendance records, and engagement data with the Sales Department for business follow‑up.
- Additional Duties:
- Support any other communication, marketing, or branding‑related initiatives as required by the company.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
