This role requires a combination of technical/functional expertise in SAP S/4, WM, EWM LE, LE-TRA, a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, and the ability to manage and deliver complex logistics business processes, project & service support.
As a subject matter expert, you’d be expected to provide insights to business process key users, offering best practices and strategic recommendations aligned with their business objectives.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) is essential to understand the broader business context, identify business requirements.
Lead & communicate effectively with key users and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LE-WM with other SAP modules and third-party systems for comprehensive solutions.
In-depth configuration know-how in your respective area of expertise (SAP WM), and EWM is desirable.
You’d be handling troubleshooting and prioritization of issues, ensuring the resolution of global tickets and effectively managing support tasks related to system implementation.
Excellent presentation and communications skills to interact successfully with Key Users and Senior Management of multi-culture business users.
Work with Key Users to prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve reported issues based on business impact through global ticketing tool. Work collaboratively as an effectual part of the Team and support other team members when required.
There’s also a focus on enhancing & developing technical knowledge to drive continuous improvement in functional areas.
Able to lead the business requirements workshops and provide solutions to implementation and support.
Develop technical knowledge in own functional area. (or how they relate to the business)
Documentation and Training:
Leverage on existing documentation for use in training and support for users in all facets of the day-to-day operational activities.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients on SAP EWM functionalities and updates.
Own and rectify fewer complex incidents within SAP applications of respective SAP module(s) without escalation by providing known working solutions.
Train key users in new template functionalities in designated functional area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, IT Engineering, with LE-WM extensive module knowledge and process experience.
4 or more years of relevant experience in SAP Logistics. (S/4, WM, EWM LE, LE-TRA, Carrier interface i.e. UPS)
In-depth knowledge of WM (logistics) integration with MM/SD/PP & other external interfaces.
At least 3-4 projects of template rollout implementation in Warehouse Management System.
Very strong working skill in SAP Warehouse Management Module.
Experience in developing interfaces with other SAP systems and other 3rd party systems.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
Low frequency of traveling locally and overseas is required.
Ideally knowledge in SAP programming (ABAP) & debugging.
