We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Planner to lead the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our Performance Units (PU). This role ensures the right finished goods' stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. It includes optimizing production planning to ensure efficient capacity utilization and ensuring the efficient and timely supply of raw materials to support production and business needs balanced production schedules, aligned between supply and demand to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
Through our Global Planning Digital tool, Kinaxis Maestro, the PU Supply Planners own the replenishment and production plan of finished goods and raw materials across all our warehouses, source plants for a given portfolio of products.
The Supply Planners will ensure medium to long term network capacity is available, and be a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in network capacity, as well as track Capacity: Demand (C:D) ratio, to ensure medium to long term production capacity and of raw materials for our manufacturing assets, acting as a key person to facilitate resolving constraints in network, production and raw material capacity, working with deployment planners, MPS, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) planners, plant schedulers, Procurement, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers in the markets, and the PU S&OP manager, to ensure that production and raw material capacity is modelled for PU Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) process, through Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
No travel is expected with this role
