A prominent technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to ensure stability and enhancement of network infrastructure. You will manage network support for various applications and participate in projects involving Cisco Software Defined Infrastructures. A Bachelor's degree in computer science and 3-5 years of networking experience is required. The role involves on-call support including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on collaboration across teams.
Job Summary: As a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the stability and enhancement of network infrastructure across multiple domains, ensuring seamless operations for Core Services Applications, Datacenter Networks, and Network International. You will provide 2nd/3rd level network support, manage Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems in production environments, and participate in on-call rotations including weekends, public holidays, and after-hours support. Collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and companies will be crucial in supporting various network projects and initiatives.
