Qualifications

Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst (Executive Level)
  1. Review and build financial models for existing and new business initiatives for the organization
  2. Perform commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis, due diligence and have a sound understanding of risk-reward scenarios
  3. Create and maintain key data sets and reporting to track and manage performance of markets.
  4. Process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement (i.e. report automation, dashboard implementation)
  5. Provide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth
  6. Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions
  7. Compliance reporting, monitoring of investments, and other reporting
  8. Supporting of senior team members in executing transactions and other duties
  9. Communicating with and obtaining information regularly from across all departments within the organization
  10. Any other tasks assigned by HOD / Directors
Requirements – Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst
1. Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.

Master’s Degree in Finance or Business would be an added advantage.

2. Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, business planning, or management consulting.

Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and commercial/feasibility analysis.

Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.

Exposure to process automation, data visualization (Power BI / Tableau), or dashboard implementation is highly desirable.

Experience in transaction support, due diligence, or strategic projects is a plus.

3. Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modeling skills).

Familiar with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools.

Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.

Understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis, precedent transactions).

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL) is an advantage.

4. Soft Skills & Attributes

Strong business acumen and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for management reporting.

High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

A team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.

5. Other Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
