A leading energy solutions provider in Selangor is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst. The role involves financial modeling, commercial analysis, and data management to support growth initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills, with a focus on sustainability in their approach. This position demands excellence in financial modeling and collaboration across departments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
Master’s Degree in Finance or Business would be an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, business planning, or management consulting.
Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and commercial/feasibility analysis.
Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
Exposure to process automation, data visualization (Power BI / Tableau), or dashboard implementation is highly desirable.
Experience in transaction support, due diligence, or strategic projects is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modeling skills).
Familiar with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
Understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis, precedent transactions).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL) is an advantage.
Strong business acumen and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for management reporting.
High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
A team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
