We serve customers through selling motions to drive higher value and optimal experiences from Cisco solutions and to drive relevant business outcomes. As an Account Development Representative, you will gain a deeper understanding of Cisco\'s solutions and customers, learn from marketing and sales professionals, and receive continuous enablement and coaching focused on skills and attributes for success in your core role and for future growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new pipeline for assigned target accounts using an Account-Based strategy
  • Target and nurture high potential accounts by creating qualified opportunities (customer meetings) for the account team through inbound and outbound motions
  • Work directly with customers to uncover business goals that match with Cisco products, then set qualified introductory meetings for the account manager and/or specialist
  • Share feedback on ways to improve the customer experience and existing business processes
  • Position yourself for success within Cisco by actively participating in continuous learning opportunities
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with leaders in Sales and Marketing to enhance the win for our business

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, startup or consultancy, ideally in sales with tech knowledge
  • Proficient in English
  • Proven ability and success in understanding ASEAN & ANZ market and customer insights
  • Previous experience and success in a lead development or sales prospecting role
