About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Concierge Executive (24/7 VIP Support) to deliver premium, personalized assistance to our VIP customers. You will be the key point of contact handling live WhatsApp chats and calls 24/7, ensuring high-value clients receive fast, empathetic, and exceptional service at any hour.

This role suits individuals who take pride in providing top-tier customer experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable working on a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support to VIP customers via WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
  • Maintain service excellence during 24/7 operations, including day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts (rotational basis).
  • Proactively identify customer needs and follow through to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Admin) to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Record and track all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems for smooth shift handovers.
  • Uphold company standards by ensuring every VIP experience feels personalized and premium.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field (Degree is a plus point).
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Concierge, or VIP Support, ideally within tech, e-commerce, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Willing and able to work on rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
