You’ll lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen financial governance, streamline processes, and support business expansion. Lead the end‑to‑end financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Oversee cash flow and treasury management, supporting sound liquidity planning and business decisions.
Review and prepare monthly and year‑end financial statements, including group consolidation.
Develop, refine, and implement finance policies and internal controls to support business growth and changing operations.
Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Drive tax planning and optimization strategies to enhance group efficiency.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives — from process enhancements to finance system implementations.
Manage insurance renewals, coverage optimization, and risk mitigation.
Lead the setup of new entities, establishing appropriate accounting structures and controls.
Partner with banks, auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretaries, and legal consultants.
Participate in strategic corporate exercises including fundraising, restructuring, and M&A projects.
Support other ad‑hoc financial initiatives as part of the company’s growth agenda.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA) preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in a public listed company is a strong advantage.
Hands‑on experience across the full finance spectrum — from reporting to operational accounting.
