Job summary
A leading training institution in Selangor is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage the full tender process for various projects. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in tender management, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,500
Employment Type: Full-Time

- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and partners effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare progress and performance reports for management.
- Handle company grant applications, including research, preparation, and submission of proposals.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end tender management.
- Strong understanding of tender procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related fields.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
