We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Juara Jaya Motor Sdn Bhd' in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our automotive business. As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Managing, coaching, and training the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new business opportunities

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and proactively seeking new clients

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Providing regular sales reports and recommendations to senior management
