Job Responsibility

• Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing and implementing administrative tasks.
• Event Management including plan, execute and coordinate and collaborate with respective parties within timeline given.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Event Management or its equivalent.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and handle work pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin. Ability to communicate in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
• Possesses a positive work attitude, willingness to learn and a team player spirit.
