• Lead with Vision: Define and drive the creative direction across digital campaigns, social media content, branding, and experiential touchpoints.
• Inspire & Collaborate: Mentor and energise a talented team of designers, copywriters, and creatives to produce standout work.
• Craft Social-First Ideas: Bring concepts to life with visually stunning, high-performing creative for multiple platforms — from Instagram reels to immersive web experiences.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with digital trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to keep our work fresh, relevant, and impactful.

• A strong portfolio showcasing impressive art direction and design across digital and social platforms.
• Proven leadership and creative team management experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; bonus if you’re fluent with AI design tools and motion graphics.
• A keen eye for detail, and a passion for high-quality, engaging content.
• Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role, ideally with experience in digital campaigns, branding, and/or content creation for social media.
