Responsabilidades

• Manage property projects up to RM10M and assist on larger projects up to RM80M.
• Conduct market studies, financial analysis, and feasibility evaluations for investments and site selection.
• Lead M&A, divestment, and brand expansion initiatives, including due diligence and valuation.
• Oversee project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination across multiple departments.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and facilities upgrades.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Maintain market intelligence database and benchmark industry best practices.
