We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and help take our business to the next level.

Job Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Expansion of distribution business digitally. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Job Description:

Overseeing and leading a team of sales officer to achieve revenue and sales goals for a company.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market. Setting targets and coordinating the sales team's efforts to effectively promote and sell the products.

Motivating their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.

Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer’s accounts and the expansion of existing market share digitally i.e. digital distribution.

Collaborating with marketing team to design effective sales campaigns to achieve sales goals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key dealers and partners.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
  • At least 2 years related working experience preferably in the Consumer Products industry in wholesale or distributor sales environment with some experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Candidates with current position as a Senior Sales Executive with experience in managing a team of salesperson.
  • Leadership skills to lead a team of salespeople, drive sales strategies, and generate revenue.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Fair in building rapport with principal, suppliers and dealers.
  • Result-driven and confident.
  • Required to travel constantly.
