Job Description:
Overseeing and leading a team of sales officer to achieve revenue and sales goals for a company.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market. Setting targets and coordinating the sales team's efforts to effectively promote and sell the products.
Motivating their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.
Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer’s accounts and the expansion of existing market share digitally i.e. digital distribution.
Collaborating with marketing team to design effective sales campaigns to achieve sales goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
