Job summary

A leading battery company based in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Bahasa, English, and Mandarin, with at least 2-3 years of sales experience in the batteries, electronics, or automotive industries. This role involves developing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams to provide excellent customer service. A valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team and drive them to achieve targets.
  • Self-driven, independent, and able to perform under pressure.

Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Support the in daily operations, including team coordination, performance tracking, and reporting.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within local and regional markets.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to successfully close sales deals.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports, performance updates, and market forecasts.

Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations.

Represent Baterihub at trade shows, industry events, and key client meetings.
