Manage the RFQ/RFP process including preparation, issuance, evaluation, and communication with vendors.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather specifications, coordinate delivery schedules, and obtain necessary approvals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a procurement or purchasing role.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, RFQ/RFP procedures, and vendor management.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and respond positively to feedback.

Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
