Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and committed individual to assist the senior/line manager in producing all pre-contract and post-contract deliverables. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, work well under pressure and tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Estimating, measurement, bills of quantity production, and cost planning activities
• Managing the procurement process from pre-qualification stages, including quotation enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation
• Preparing take-offs of quantities for tendering projects based on drawings and documents, sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors as needed
• Monitoring and verifying monthly work progress and claims, assisting with monthly cash flow projections
• Producing monthly cost reports
• Taking a cost lead role, interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages
• Reviewing, analyzing, and producing variation order assessments and final accounts during the post-contract stage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy QS role
• Experience in industrial, data centers, commercial, infrastructure, hospitals, hospitality & leisure, or retail fit-out projects is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge across Cost Management duties, including estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering, Contract Knowledge, Change Orders, and Final Account close-out
• Team player with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
