Assisting Head of Facility Management in planning, organizing, coordination and supervising the general day-to-day operation of the entire Facilities Management department, safety and security and liaising with other department in ensuring the smooth departmental operations.

Assisting Head of Facility Management in departmental planning, developing and implementing the Standard Operations Procedures, Policies & Procedures and allied directives, in particular to those relating to fire & life safety, energy control and management, budget preparation.

Liaise with TNB, Local Authorities, JKKP, BOMBA, KPDNKK and others relevant authorities department and licensing/certification as well for HQ level.

Assisting Head of Facility Management and ensure contractor following safety standard procedures for all Branches and coordinate with MYDIN HQ Safety & Compliance Department.

Assisting Head of Facility Management ensure daily activities and incident at the building are recorded in Serve deck for all branches.

Check building equipment and electrical system periodically to ensure all in good working condition and recorded all parameter readings into checklist for Subang Jaya Hypermarket.

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance annual schedule, monitor and measure performance to meet the standard for Facility Management HQ.

To manage all aspect of day-to-day operation, cost control, planning and administration on property management matters for Subang Jaya Hypermarket.

Assisting Head of Facility Management monitor and supervise service providers contractors to ensure all guidelines are followed as per contract agreement for Southern Region and coordinate with MHQ Contract Management Team.

Assisting and ensuring building automation system on HAVC, centralize air con, chillers system, AHU, P.A system, Electrical system, Mechanical system, Plumbing, Sewerage & STP, Signage’s and Building Signage’s , Kitchen equipment’s, kitchen exhaust system, kitchen fresh air system, parking Ventilation system, LPG System, Cold Rooms, Showcase , Multi deck, Freezer and Chiller system for Subang Jaya Hypermarket.
