Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; fluency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee reception, office environment, and facilities management.
- Manage office supplies and consumables procurement, inventory, and cost control.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as courier, mail, and water orders to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle matters related to foreign employee visa applications.
Administrative Support & Coordination
- Provide efficient administrative support to management, including schedule management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on company meetings, team events, and VIP client receptions; prepare meeting minutes and related materials.
- Draft and publish internal communications, notices, and announcements.
Documentation & Record Management
- Responsible for organizing, archiving, and maintaining company administrative documents, contracts, and files to ensure completeness and security.
- Assist with HR-related administrative procedures, such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
Human Resources Management
- Develop and expand recruitment channels; maintain and update existing recruitment platforms.
- Oversee company recruitment, training, onboarding, confirmation, and resignation processes.
