Job description

Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Regularly track progress and drive performance toward achieving business goals.

Production Operations Management: Responsible for the development and execution of production plans, ensuring orders are delivered on time, with quality, and in the correct quantity. Monitor the entire production process, address production issues, optimize production processes and layout, and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE). Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, balancing delivery requirements with inventory cost control.

Quality Management: Work closely with the Quality Manager to establish and maintain a quality management system in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9100, IATF 16949, etc. Reduce scrap and rework rates, lead the analysis and improvement of major quality issues (8D reports). Foster a quality-first culture, ensuring that tasks are done right the first time.

Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: Develop and manage the operational budget, strictly control production costs (labor, materials, energy, losses, etc.). Continuously reduce unit production costs through value stream analysis, process optimization, and efficiency improvement projects. Analyze operational data to support decision-making and improve profitability.

Continuous Improvement and Customer Orientation: Lead lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement activities to promote an improvement culture. Serve as a key internal interface, working with sales and engineering departments to address customer concerns and enhance customer satisfaction. Assess and optimize supply chain and supplier performance to ensure supply chain resilience.

Team Building and Safety Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including performance management, capability assessments, and talent development plans. Oversee safety and environmental management to achieve a “zero-accident” target.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in precision machining and manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive operations management experience.

Familiar with precision machining processes (such as five-axis machining, precision turning, grinding, etc.) and technical requirements. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, with extensive internal audit and management review experience.

Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in ERP/MES systems and office software.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with outstanding leadership, communication, coordination, and stress management skills. Able to effectively motivate cross-functional teams.
