Job description

· Day to day management of the site including supervision & monitoring the site labour force & lead a team of sub-contractors to ensure the smooth execution and successful delivery of design and renovation projects carried out as scheduled

· Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site

· Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management

· Plan, schedule and keep records of materials used and the progress of jobs done on site

· Liaise and establish report with clients, consultants, designers, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in project

· Other project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in Piling work or construction-related projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software tools, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment skills with a focus on project success and continuous improvement.
